A New Taste at the Symphony

The Crystal Symphony will be sporting a new flavor soon, courtesy of acclaimed Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa. His restaurant style has been featured as one of the alternative restaurants on the Symphony's sister, the Serenity, since 2003, but Crystal and Nobu have expanded their partnership now to the Symphony, with the new offerings to debut in March. The current Jade Garden will transform into the Silk Road and Sushi Bar.

The restaurants will carry no additional fee, but reservations are recommended for Silk Road. The Sushi Bar will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. "During the past four years, Crystal has done an incredible job of ensuring the consistent quality and integrity of my cuisine served aboard Crystal Serenity," Nobu said. "I am very pleased to build upon my relationship with Crystal Cruises and fully expect the opening of The Sushi Bar and Silk Road to further enhance Crystal Symphony's tradition of culinary excellence."

YUM!
