Tahitian Princess to be Renamed
Following her departure from full-time cruising in French Polynesia, Princess has announced that the 682-passenger Tahitian Princess will be renamed Ocean Princess to better reflect her new wide-ranging itineraries.
The renaming will take place during a scheduled dry-dock period in Singapore in November, 2009.
To my knowledge, she is the second Princess ship to have this name, as there was previously a Sun Class ship of this name, but she was transferred to P&O and renamed Oceana.
